Musculoskeletal Physio

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (MSK Physiotherapy) is a specialised outpatient form of physiotherapy with emphasis on thorough assessment, clear diagnosis and effective treatment of injuries that involve ligaments, tendons, muscles and joints.

The purpose of musculoskeletal Physiotherapy is to restore optimised function of the body and can include sprains, strains, joint injury, spinal disc injury and muscle spasms. These can be of new acute onset or more chronic in nature.

Treatment consists of proven techniques to restore movement, reduce pain and return clients to a high level of function. This will include hands on manual therapy alongside specific and individually tailored exercise prescription to suit the injury presentation and the clients short and long term goals.

“Nikki and Kiran are undoubtedly the best physios I have personally and professionally worked with, and there is a great sense of comfort to know that everyone we send to them feels the same.

To have complete confidence in who we refer our clients to is paramount. To also work with physios that don’t prohibit movement and talk the same language as you make working together a complete dream team.”
